Our Services

For just $28.00 per injector (or $25 if you send in 2 or more), we fully service your clogged, gummed up, leaking or dirty injectors so that they once again operate like new.

Our full service includes testing, cleaning and refreshing fuel flow, resistance and coil lead. We then provide ultrasonic cleaning and we replace filters and o-rings. Again, restoring your injectors to like-new condition.

Why pay 3x the price for a remanufactured fuel injector, or up to 15x the price for a brand new fuel injector when you can just call us?

We use top of the line, computerized ASNU equipment to give fresh life to your gasoline fuel injectors.  We work nationally, and our services include complete diagnostics reports, showing before-and-after results.

Save your money & ship your injectors to Injector Renew II (that’s us!).

We offer a 24 hour turnaround time and we back our work with a guarantee. If we can’t clean your fuel injectors to like-new function & condition, we won’t charge you for our work.

Our Process

Step 1 - Initial Inspection

When we receive your injector(s), we start with an Ohm test for resistance capacity.

Injectors that pass this testing process are wiped down and visually inspected for any obvious damage.

The injectors that pass this test are then ready for flow testing (Step 2).

If an injector fails either of these tests, there is likely a coil or electrical issue that can’t be fixed through restoration. In the event of this, we will call you directly to see if you’d like us to responsibly trash your injector, or if you’d prefer for us to mail it back to you.

Note: we don’t charge for this initial diagnostic process if an injector is not serviceable.

Step 2 - Flow Testing

In step 2, injectors are loaded into in our computer-controlled testing machine where they are tested for reluctance and leaks. We also check spray patterns to ensure even distribution. Flow testing is the final check, to determine the flow, speed and deliverance of fuel.

All test procedures are factory-approved.

Step 3 - Cleaning & Restoration

O-rings, filter baskets and pintle caps are removed and the injectors go through an ultrasonic cleaning process. This cleaning process consists of an ultrasonic bath in our hot, environmentally-friendly cleaning fluid.

During bath-time, injectors are opened and closed approximately 25,000 – 30,000 times at varying speeds. This allows cleaning fluid into the injector nozzle, which partners with ultrasonic waves to break down dirt and debris.

After bath-time, injectors are back-flushed to remove any final traces of contaminants, dirt and/or debris.

Step 4 - Final Flow Testing

Once steps 1, 2 and 3 are complete, the injectors get reinstalled to the injector flow testing machine.

They will once again be checked for leaks and distribution. Next, our dynamic flow testing will determine each injector’s output volume. Then, a static flow test will be performed.

Your injector’s flow testing results will be compared with manufacture standards to ensure complete restoration.

Finally, new O-rings, filter baskets and pintle caps are installed and the cleaning process is complete.

The reconditioned fuel injectors will be lubricated, packaged and shipped with care back to you. Along with your restored fuel injector(s), you’ll receive a comprehensive flow-testing report.

NOTE: We don’t give up easily.

If your injector is leaky or difficult to clean, we will keep trying until the injector works the way it’s supposed to.

If for some reason we can’t restore your injector(s) to like-new function, we will not charge you for the extra time put in.
